We have advised Minds & Co, a consulting and development company focused on data utilisation in the renewables industry, on its sale to Antire, a significant player in the Nordic AI space, backed by the Norwegian private equity firm Credo Partners.

Established in 2013, Minds & Co connects asset-level OT data with enterprise IT, creating a single layer of engineering, operational, and commercial intelligence that serves OEMs, utilities and investors across the wind-energy life cycle.

Antire is a fast-growing player in the Nordic AI space, backed by the Norwegian private equity firm Credo Partners. With ambitions to become the leading Nordic provider of industry-specific AI solutions, with a particular focus on the energy sector, a market poised for explosive growth in the coming years.

This new strategic partnership enhances technological capabilities and creates broader market opportunities. Antire already has a proven track record of delivering AI solutions to the energy industry, and together, Minds & Co and Antire now provide a far more scalable platform for customers across Europe.
