Clearwater has advised the owners of Infrastructure Group Nordic (IGN), a leading player in piling, sheet piling and soil reinforcement with operations in Sweden and Norway, on its sale to Nordisk Bergteknik.
IGN was formed in 2020, as a majority stake of Rovalin was acquired, and in 2021 the group acquired Soil Mixing Group with the goal to create a leading overall supplier in foundation work and soil reinforcement. The group, whose operating companies have long experience and high competence in their respective niches, has successfully established a strong market position with good customer relations in Sweden and Norway.
Nordisk Bergteknik, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, acquires all shares in Infrastructure Group Nordic and thereby strengthens its offering and expands the group into a larger geographical/international market.
