Clearwater has advised Art Clinic, a group of specialist clinics offering professional specialist care, on its sale to MVI.
MVI has agreed to become owners and partners with the current owners of Art Clinic. The objective is to, through a strengthened capital base, facilitate further growth and development of Art Clinic’s already successful business.
Art Clinic is one of Sweden’s leading specialist clinics that offers specialist treatments including orthopaedics, spine surgery, aesthetical and reconstructive plastic surgery and injection treatments. Founded in 1999, Art Clinicnow has clinics in Gothenburg, Uppsala and Jönköpingas well as operating care facilities in several other locations throughout the country. As well as private clients, patients come referred by their GPs or private health insurance companies. The company has 140 employees and the turnover was €23.7m (SKr 239m) in 2017.
