Clearwater has advised Altarea Cogedim on the sale of La Cour des Capucins in Thionville, France.
Leader in its sector, as a listed real-estate investment and development company operating in the three main real-estate segments (retail, residential, office and hotel property), Altarea Cogedim has sold the shopping centre La Cour des Capucins in Thionville (Moselle, France) to Prupim (Prudential Group).
Winner of the project initiated by the local authority, consisting of the revitalisation of the inner city, Altarea led this ambitious project through the development of a mixed offer, including a shopping centre, a 4* hotel, a residential scheme and offices. The shopping mall develops 8.520m ² GLA, welcoming 37 brands among which 2 medium surfaces.
Within the framework of its arbitrage plan, Altarea Cogedim mandated Clearwater to advise them in this transaction.
