Clearwater acted as sole financial adviser to the shareholders of ELH Eisenbahnlaufwerke Halle GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of 100% of its shares to G&S Rail Investments GmbH, Switzerland, owned by Andreas Goer, the major shareholder of AAE Holding AG.
The acquired business is one of the largest European producers of bogies for railway freight cars. With approximately 130 employees, the business generated sales of around €40m in 2007.
