After more than 20 years in M&A and corporate finance, I joined Clearwater in 2026 as a Partner. I spent most of my career within HSBC’s M&A team in Paris, where I advised a wide range of clients — industrial groups, investment funds, and family-owned companies — on complex and cross‑border transactions. My sector expertise focuses particularly on B2B services, retail & consumer goods, and the broader infrastructure universe.

I began my career at Deloitte, where I worked on complex valuation matters, and I hold a Master’s degree from HEC Paris’ Grande École program.
