I spent my entire career within banking and M&A, having worked for some years at two Swiss wholesale banks in corporate banking and later joining one of the Big 4 in 2009, leading the capital and debt advisory services in Switzerland for nine years. In 2017, I moved to one of the leading independent corporate finance boutiques in Switzerland and since 2023, I have been a Partner at Clearwater in Switzerland. 

To become a trusted adviser, but also a respected team player, my entire career has been committed to professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Today, I am proud to serve primarily family-owned businesses, from smaller SMEs to SIX-listed companies. Within Clearwater Switzerland, I also serve as Managing Partner. 

I hold a master's degree in Corporate Finance at the University of Zurich and subsequently earned a PhD at the Institute for Banking & Finance.
