I have more than 20 years of experience in M&A. Prior to joining Clearwater, I spent most of my career in the corporate finance department of BNP Paribas in Paris, where I took part in the origination and execution of numerous mid‑cap transactions across industries such as consumer, B2B distribution, services, IT, and healthcare.

I also worked for a Brazilian e‑commerce start‑up, leading fundraising efforts, and for Caravel Corporate Finance, an independent M&A boutique.

I graduated from NEOMA Business School and La Sorbonne University.
