I have over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and, I have worked on several M&A transactions across sectors, such as Industrials, Software, Tech, as well as Consumer. Before Clearwater Finland, I worked for Sanoma’s strategy and M&A department, and for Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance division.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki.

In my free time, I enjoy all kinds of racket sports, and you can call me a beer connoisseur as well.
