I have extensive experience in M&A transactions, as well as debt and capital structuring, spanning the Business Services, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors. Prior to Clearwater, I worked for over 20 years in private equity and debt & capital advisory at 3i and KPMG. I have also served actively on several boards.

I hold an MSc. (Eng.) degree in industrial management from Aalto University.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially at the summer house. Additionally, I like a good book, and I enjoy singing.
