Throughout my career, I have advised founders, families, and private equity investors on achieving their strategic objectives, with a strong focus on sell-side and buy-side transactions. My focus is on building trusted relationships and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. Prior to joining Clearwater, I spent eight years at ING and two years at a mid-market M&A boutique, advising clients across a wide range of sectors and transaction situations.
