Before joining Clearwater in the Spring of 2021, I worked for the Transaction Services team at Alvarez & Marsal. I’ve also worked as a CFO of two business groups, operating within facility management and the Medtech space. I have advised on a number of M&A deals for PE and strategic buyers/sellers in various industries, including; Fintech, SaaS, TMT, consulting services, D2C, power & utilities and construction. I hold a BSc in Business & Economics and an MSc in Accounting, Valuation and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics. I also hold an MSc in Law from Stockholm University, with a specialisation in International Tax Law and Financial Market Law.
