We have advised DSE Test Solutions, a Danish developer and supplier of automated test systems, wire testers and moisture metres, on its sale to the Swedish industrial conglomerate Tenuro.

DSE Test Solutions specialises in automated test systems (ATE), test equipment for enamelled wire and microwave-based moisture meters, and supplies a wide range of end markets, including defence, electronics manufacturing, data centres, marine and climate control solutions. DSE was founded in 1981 in Horsens and, since its acquisition by Peder Lomborg and Leif Petersen in 2009, has built up in-depth engineering expertise across hardware, software, mechanics and electronics, enabling the company to meet stringent requirements for quality, documentation and operational reliability, which gives it a strong position with blue-chip customers globally. DSE Test Solutions has secured a leading position in the Nordic region within ATE test systems and a global niche position within wire testers.

Under the new ownership, DSE Test Solutions will continue with the same staff, under the same brand and management, and will remain based in Horsens.
