I have over 20 years of experience advising mid-market corporates and sponsors on raising, refinancing, amending and restructuring debt facilities. Before joining Clearwater, I was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey (formerly GCA Altium), where I was jointly responsible for establishing the Debt Advisory practice in 2014. I am proud to be a Managing Director in one of Europe’s largest dedicated Debt Advisory teams at Clearwater, comprising over 40 specialists and completing over 75 transactions per year across private equity, corporate, PLC, and owner-managed clients.
