I have more than 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance and have completed over 50 transactions across 14 countries, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and fundraisings.

In 2020, I founded Tao Partner, an independent boutique specialising in M&A, LBO, and fundraising with a strong focus on the Technology and Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sectors. Tao Partner merged with Vulcain in 2023, which later became part of Clearwater in 2025, strengthening the firm’s presence in these fast‑growing verticals.

I advise entrepreneurs and investors on growth, exit, and capital‑structure transactions, bringing strategic insight and hands‑on execution experience.

Prior to founding Tao Partner, I held roles at Cambon Partners, BNP Paribas Securities Services, and BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking, where I served as Deputy Director of the Corporate Development team.

I graduated from INSEAD, emlyon Business School, and Université Panthéon‑Assas.
