We have advised Road Mobility Service Group (RMS Group), owned by Consolid, on two additional acquisitions in Finland: the acquisitions of Rengas-Vekka Oy, based in Hämeenlinna, and Pieksämäen Pintapojat Oy (KL-Rengas), which operates in Pieksämäki, Juva and Lappeenranta. RMS Group is a Nordic provider of tyre sales, tyre services, roadside assistance, towing, trailer maintenance and workshop services for light and heavy vehicles, operating in Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
Rengas-Vekka operates from two branches in Hämeenlinna, whilst Pieksämäen Pintapojat Oy, known under the KL-Rengas brand, operates from three branches in Pieksämäki, Juva and Lappeenranta. Both companies offer tyre sales and services for light and heavy vehicles.
Through these acquisitions, RMS Group continues its geographical expansion in the tyre, breakdown and repair sectors.
