I am a Partner at Clearwater, based in Paris and covering France and Belgium.

Before launching Vulcain in 2010, the French corporate finance advisory firm that became part of Clearwater in 2025, I worked in the Financing Group at Goldman Sachs in London, where I advised global corporations, institutions, and governments on their financing strategies. I began my career at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, as part of the Graduate Program before joining the Global Markets division in London.

With 20 years of international experience, I have developed strong M&A expertise in business services, which I lead in France, while maintaining a strong focus on financing. My sector experience spans industrial engineering, consulting and IT services, and software.

I aim to provide clients with sophisticated long‑term support, helping them achieve and exceed their objectives. I value the strong and lasting relationships built over the course of our work, whether with colleagues, clients, or partners.

I hold a Grande École diploma from EDHEC Business School (MiM) and completed an academic exchange at the University of Bayreuth in Germany.
