Graduate programme
Start your career in corporate finance with our two-year graduate programme. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Year one: focuses on research and developing core skills, including market analysis, deal marketing, valuations and financial modelling.
Year two: transitions into deal execution, where you'll build transaction expertise, including project management, transaction processes and deal structuring.
We support graduates through the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification, and successful participants are promoted to Associate upon completion.
What we look for
We welcome applications from students across all disciplines. You should be:
- On track for a 2:1 or higher
- Strong in numeracy, writing, and commercial awareness
- A confident communicator and team player
- Proactive and eager to learn

Analyst internship programme
Our eight-week analyst internship development programme gives ambitious students a genuine introduction to corporate finance.
From day one, you'll join the team, contribute to projects and learn alongside experienced professionals. You'll gain insight into how businesses are valued, how markets and industries are assessed, and how advisers support entrepreneurs, shareholders and management teams through important decisions.
