We are strengthening our private equity coverage in Spain with the appointment of Fernando de Lacalle, who brings more than 15 years of experience in M&A and will help deepen our relationships with financial sponsors.
Working across M&A and debt advisory, Fernando will support private equity clients across the investment lifecycle, from acquisition through to exit, focusing on creating value in every transaction.
Fernando joins from V4 Financial Partners, having previously worked at CaixaBank. Over the course of his career, he has advised funds and corporates across a wide range of transactions, building a strong track record in the market.
His arrival builds on the recent appointment of Narcís Francás and reflects the continued development of our advisory services in Spain.
