Jon’s career in corporate finance spans 20 years and encompasses holding down senior roles in the banking industry, a spell working with a venture capital firm and three years as a corporate finance partner with a national firm of chartered accountants.

He has gained extensive experience, completing a large number of leveraged transactions and advising on all aspects of equity funding, with a specific focus on working with management teams in the MBO and MBI arena.

Jon has completed many deals in the Industrial Products sector and heads up our teams activities in this important sector.

He is an affiliate member of the ICAEW and holds the Institute's Corporate Finance qualification. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Jon's PA is Nancy Hatfield.

Jon enjoys foreign holidays, spending time with his family, socialising with friends and watching a healthy amount of sport.
