Clearwater’s commitment to their clients was clear with this deal which first originated in 2006 and recently saw the £12 million sale of Occam DM ltd to St Ives plc.

Occam DM Ltd is a specialist company in design, hosting, delivery and support of database marketing solutions, the company has a team of analysts who deliver a host of analytical solutions to clients supporting organisations in the planning and execution of customer and acquisition marketing campaigns and implementing sector specific data strategies. As well as running their marketing solutions database service Zebra. The company currently employs approximately 100 members of staff and it’s clients include RBS, Tesco Bank, John Lewis and the MoD.

Clearwater undertook the sales process on behalf of ISIS Equity Partners and Occam’s management team, securing five strong bids from strategic buyers, exceeding price expectations and securing the sale of the business to St Ives, despite a backdrop of complex factors.
